Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 2026 • Last Updated: November 2026 • Entity: Quanzix LLP

1. Scope and Identity of Quanzix LLP

This Privacy Policy explains how Quanzix LLP (“Quanzix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability partnership organized under the laws of India, collects, uses, and handles information. This Policy applies to:

  • Our corporate website hosted at https://quanzix.com (“Corporate Website”); and
  • Current and future digital products, mobile applications, software services, APIs, and online platforms owned or operated by Quanzix LLP that link to, display, or incorporate this Policy (“Digital Products”).

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, services, or platforms that maintain independent terms and privacy notices, even if accessible via links from our properties. Where an individual Quanzix product provides a separate, product-specific privacy notice or additional terms, those specific provisions will govern the relevant processing activities to the extent of any conflict.

2. Operational Distinction: Corporate Website vs. Digital Products

Quanzix LLP maintains an operational distinction between our public Corporate Website and the digital products in our portfolio:

  • The Corporate Website (quanzix.com): Serves as an informational portal about our company. The static website code does not deploy client-side analytics scripts, tracking pixels, marketing cookies, or cross-site behavioral tracking technologies. Visiting the Corporate Website does not require user registration or credential collection. However, as with nearly all Internet services, the web hosting and security infrastructure supporting the website automatically processes standard technical request logs (such as IP addresses, request paths, HTTP response codes, and browser user-agent strings) strictly to route network traffic, diagnose operational issues, and protect infrastructure integrity.
  • Quanzix Digital Products: Applications and services operated by Quanzix LLP provide interactive functionality and may collect information commensurate with their specific features, user accounts, and technical configurations, as detailed in the following sections.

3. Categories of Information That May Be Collected

Depending on the particular product, its specific features, configuration, and how you interact with us, we may collect or process the following categories of personal and technical information:

A. Information Provided Directly by Users

  • Contact and Communication Information: Inquiries, feedback, support messages, or correspondence sent to admin@quanzix.com or our product support channels, including your name, email address, and message contents.
  • Account and Profile Information: Where a product supports account creation or user profiles, details such as username, display name, email address, authentication credentials, and user preferences.
  • User-Provided Prompts, Inputs, and Content: Text, media, documents, prompts, workflow instructions, or other content deliberately submitted or uploaded by users within application environments.

B. Automated Technical, Device, and Diagnostic Information

  • Device, Browser, and Operating System Information: Hardware model, operating system version, browser type, application version, system language, screen resolution, and generic device telemetry.
  • IP Addresses, Logs, and Security Events: Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, access timestamps, network routing data, approximate geographic region inferred from IP addresses, error logs, and security telemetry used to detect abusive or unauthorized activity.
  • Cookies, Local Storage, and Session Identifiers: In digital products that utilize web or local storage technologies, session tokens, local cache, or device identifiers strictly or primarily to sustain authenticated sessions, preserve user settings, and enable application functionality.

C. Transactional, Preference, and Integration Information

  • Transaction, Subscription, and Purchase Information: In products offering commercial tiers, subscriptions, or digital purchases, transaction identifiers, purchase timestamps, subscription statuses, and digital receipt tokens processed via app distribution platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) or third-party payment gateways. Quanzix LLP does not directly collect, process, or store full credit-card numbers or banking credentials.
  • Authorized Third-Party Integrations: Where a product enables third-party authentication (such as OAuth single sign-on) or external tool connections, we receive authorized account identifiers or authentication tokens strictly in accordance with permissions granted by the user.
  • Advertising, Analytics, and Attribution Information: Where specific digital products support advertising, measurement, or usage analytics, mobile advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or GAID, subject to platform permissions), campaign attribution parameters, feature usage metrics, and inferred application preferences.

The Corporate Website does not collect user-submitted content, account information, payment details, or advertising identifiers.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

We process personal data for the purposes described in this Policy and in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the relevant product, the information involved, and the purpose of processing, this may include providing requested services, responding to communications, maintaining security, fulfilling contractual obligations, obtaining consent where required, and complying with legal obligations or lawful orders. Where a specific legal basis or consent is required, we will rely on the applicable basis and provide any required notice or consent mechanism.

5. Purposes of Processing

Depending on the product, its features, and applicable law, Quanzix LLP processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery and Maintenance: Providing, operating, updating, and supporting requested services and application functionality;
  • Account Management: Authenticating users, managing profile settings, and facilitating customer administration;
  • Support and Communications: Responding to customer inquiries, addressing technical bug reports, and delivering essential administrative notices;
  • Security and Integrity: Protecting systems, detecting fraud, mitigating denial-of-service attempts, preventing abuse, and verifying compliance with our terms;
  • Functionality, Personalization, and Recommendations: Enabling user-configured preferences, localized settings, and content recommendations where supported by the product;
  • Analytics, Diagnostics, and Improvement: Analyzing application usage trends, diagnostic crash traces, and performance telemetry to improve software stability and user experience;
  • Advertising Delivery and Measurement: Delivering contextual or relevant advertising and measuring ad effectiveness in digital products that support advertising models;
  • Third-Party AI Capabilities: Processing inputs and delivering outputs through integrated artificial intelligence capabilities as requested by users; and
  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Satisfying applicable legal requirements, regulatory obligations, and lawful requests from competent authorities.

These purposes apply where relevant to the specific product in question. Not every Quanzix digital product conducts advertising, user profiling, or advanced analytics.

6. Third-Party AI Services and Model Training

Certain digital products operated by Quanzix LLP may incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning features provided by third-party technology providers. Regarding AI-related processing:

  • Corporate Website: The Corporate Website does not use visitor data for artificial intelligence or machine learning model training.
  • Feature Processing: When you use AI-enabled features in our digital products, user prompts, inputs, and associated context may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers to generate the requested responses, summaries, or outputs.
  • Data Retention and Logging: Third-party AI providers may retain inputs and outputs for short-term operational delivery, security monitoring, abuse detection, or system debugging, subject to their respective terms and service agreements.
  • Model Training: Practices regarding whether inputs or outputs are used to train, tune, or improve artificial intelligence models vary by product, provider, account settings, contractual arrangements, and product configuration. We do not represent that no product utilizes inputs for model improvement, nor that all providers train on data. Where model training occurs or where providers offer opt-out or zero-retention configurations, relevant product notices, account settings, or choices will be provided where applicable.
  • Third-Party Policies: Third-party AI providers handle data subject to their own service agreements and privacy practices. Users are encouraged to review the relevant product documentation and provider terms when using AI-enabled capabilities.

7. Data Sharing and Categories of Recipients

Quanzix LLP does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary compensation. Depending on the product, its features, and applicable legal definitions, sharing information with service providers or technology partners may occur as described below:

  • Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure Providers: Hosting, database, content delivery, and infrastructure providers who support the technical operation and availability of our services;
  • Third-Party AI Service Providers: Technology vendors providing machine learning and AI APIs as described in Section 6;
  • App Stores and Distribution Platforms: Platforms (such as Apple and Google) that facilitate application distribution, in-app billing, and subscription management;
  • Payment Processors and Financial Gateways: Regulated payment service providers that handle commercial transactions and payment processing;
  • Analytics, Attribution, and Measurement Providers: Service providers that assist in evaluating application performance, user acquisition attribution, and feature adoption;

  • Professional Advisers and Public Authorities: Legal, accounting, or audit advisers, or competent judicial, regulatory, or law enforcement bodies when required by an enforceable legal order or applicable statutory obligation.

Certain third-party service providers process data strictly on our behalf under contractual instructions, while other recipients (such as payment gateways, app distribution platforms, or ad networks) may act under their own terms or as independent controllers or fiduciaries under applicable law.

8. International Data Transfers

Depending on the product, service providers, and technical configuration, personal data may be processed or stored in India or other countries. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we will handle the transfer in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including any restrictions or conditions imposed by the relevant authorities. The locations and arrangements used may vary by product and service provider.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, support the ongoing operation and maintenance of our digital products, satisfy legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or compliance obligations, or resolve ongoing disputes.

When personal information is no longer required for these purposes, or upon a validated request for deletion where applicable, we take commercially reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or aggregate the data. Users acknowledge that residual copies of technical data may persist in routine system backups, operational server logs, or disaster-recovery archives for a limited period until overwritten in the normal course of backup lifecycle management, or as required by statutory retention obligations and technical limitations.

10. Information Security

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We take reasonable measures designed to protect personal information, but no security measure can eliminate every risk. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our standard operational safeguards include deploying HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit across our public web endpoints and enforcing administrative access controls to protect operational systems against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

11. Privacy Rights and Requests Under Applicable Law

In accordance with applicable data protection legislation (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, to the extent applicable and as brought into force), individuals may possess certain statutory rights regarding their personal data, subject to prescribed legal conditions, identity verification, and exceptions. Quanzix LLP takes the protection of children’s personal data seriously. Our Corporate Website is an informational portal not intended for children, and our digital products are not intended to collect personal data from children without any legally required parental consent or authorization.

Where a digital product is directed at or likely to be accessed by individuals under the age threshold established by applicable law (such as individuals under eighteen years of age under applicable Indian legislation), we will implement age-appropriate protections, seek verifiable parental consent where mandated, and refrain from engaging in prohibited behavioral tracking or targeted advertising directed at minors, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. If you believe that personal data of a minor has been collected without required parental consent, please contact us at admin@quanzix.com.
